Snow Peas with Apples & Ginger


 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Pop & Cook cubes ginger
  • 1 Pop & Cook cube garlic
  • 2 cups snow peas, strings removed
  • 2 crisp apples, cut into thin wedges

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat and saute the ginger and garlic and briefly, about 2 minutes.
2. Add the snow peas and apples and cook, stirring frequently, until the peas are still crisp but mildly tender. Take care not to overcook.
